Christian Cummings

Originally a native of the Baltimore, Maryland area, Christian has relocated and made the Sarasota area his home.  Christian attended grade school and high school in the Baltimore area, after which he attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.  He has always loved houses, home building, and architecture.  His time spent admiring the beautiful historic homes of downtown Charleston solidified those interests.  After college, Christian moved back to Baltimore where he attained a real estate license and began helping customers buy and sell homes.  In addition to helping customers with residential sales, Christian has also spent time as a real estate investor where he has been engaged in buying, renovating, and flipping homes.  These experiences have giving him deep insight into this arena of investing in real estate.  Now a resident of Sarasota area,  Christian is ready to help all buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
